Full Time Employees
This the the core service of RecruitingScience. There is no up front cost associated with Contingency Recruiting. Fees are paid by the employer and are only payable contingent upon an offer being made to a candidate, acceptance of the offer by the candidate, and a successful start of employment.
Furthermore, these fees are contingent upon a probationary period of employment, during which the new employee must remain employed by the company.
Candidates do not pay any fees whatsoever.
