We’re looking for a proven VP of Marketing with more than ten years of B2C experience, an early-stage warrior who can build a small but mighty team. This person will be responsible for attracting, mentoring, and developing world-class talent, building a high-performance marketing organization, working with freelancers, and bringing new people into our community. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for defining our marketing strategy, identifying what marketing avenues need to be prioritized in each growth phase, and making sure the work is ultimately done.
Are you someone with the demonstrated ability to attract and manage world-class marketing talent? Are you a lead-from-the-front type that’s prepared to roll up your sleeves, get into marketing automation, social media management, and other tools to “get shit done”?
